Postage

Prices exclude postage & packing . Postage & packing charges will be added to your total order. Within Australia packages sent Registed Post. Overseas packages are sent International Post Air Mail, unless Economy is requested. We will confirm the cost of shipping for the Water Amphora before accepting your order.

Insurance

Within Australia packages are insured and costs are covered by Neilos Pty Ltd. Overseas packages are insured. Base costs are covered by Neilos Pty Ltd and you will be charged at a rate of $1 per $100 value of the order.

Shipping

All orders are normally shipped within one business day of receipt of order. We will advise an alternative date if we are unable to ship within this timeframe due to a shortage of stock.

Wands of Horus

The Wands are imported from Russia, we try to keep some sets in stock, but it may take up to three weeks to obtain delivery if we don't have stock. Crystal and Mono Wands may take longer depending on availability from Russia as they are a limited run manufacture. Please check when you order and we will advise the best delivery date. We don't keep the Wands containers in stock, these would be a special order.

Qualifications

All prices above are for one off purchases. Discounts may apply depending on the volume of your purchase. All prices are Australian dollars. Prices may be varied due to Australian exchange rate fluctuations. Prices are inclusive of G.S.T. at a rate of 10%. G.S.T. is excluded from overseas purchases. Deduct 10% from prices listed.

Guarantees

MONEY-BACK-GUARANTEE ON CIR PRODUCTS: If dissatisfied, we will refund the full cost of the undamaged products within 60 days from date of purchase. PRODUCT-GUARANTEE: the efficacy of CIR products is guaranteed for life. Although the silver and gold plating on the CIR products is of high quality and may last for many years, CIR are unable to give a guarantee.
